Terms of Service
By ordering, using, or maintaining services with Shuttle Hosting, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. Shuttle Hosting provides hosting-related services including game server hosting, web hosting, unmanaged VPS services, dedicated game servers, backups, databases, migration assistance, and optional management services.
Accounts and Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and controlling access to their services. Shuttle Hosting is not responsible for losses caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised third-party accounts, or unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
Payments and Renewals
Services are billed according to the selected plan, billing term, invoice, or checkout agreement. Failure to pay an invoice may result in suspension, data access restrictions, service interruption, or termination. Chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraudulent transactions may result in immediate suspension while the issue is reviewed.
Service Suspension
Shuttle Hosting may suspend services for unpaid invoices, abuse reports, security threats, illegal activity, excessive resource abuse, attacks against networks, violations of these terms, or behavior that risks platform stability. Whenever practical, Shuttle Hosting may provide notice, but emergency suspensions may occur without prior notice.
Backups and Data Responsibility
Some plans include backups, but customers remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical data. Backups are provided as a convenience and are not a guaranteed archive unless a written managed backup agreement says otherwise.
Unmanaged VPS Notice
Unmanaged VPS services require the customer to maintain the operating system, installed software, security updates, firewall rules, applications, and configurations. Shuttle Hosting may help when possible, but unmanaged service does not include full server administration unless purchased separately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuttle Hosting is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims resulting from service use, downtime, security incidents, or customer misconfiguration.
Privacy Policy
Shuttle Hosting may collect information required to create accounts, process orders, deliver hosting services, prevent fraud, provide support, and communicate with customers. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, IP addresses, service logs, support messages, and basic usage information.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to provide services, process payments, verify accounts, respond to support requests, improve reliability, detect abuse, maintain security, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment Processing
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Shuttle Hosting should not store full card numbers directly unless using compliant systems specifically designed for secure payment handling.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, analytics, performance monitoring, security, and customer experience. Customers can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.
Data Sharing
Shuttle Hosting does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with vendors, payment processors, datacenter providers, support systems, fraud prevention tools, or legal authorities when necessary to operate the service or comply with law.

Privacy questions can be sent to Support@shuttlehosting.net.
Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use Shuttle Hosting services for illegal, abusive, harmful, or high-risk activity. Prohibited use includes malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, network scanning without permission, copyright infringement, harassment, child exploitation material, illegal marketplaces, fraud, or attempts to compromise other systems.
Resource Abuse
Customers may not use shared services in a way that harms performance for other customers. Excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, network abuse, or intentionally disruptive workloads may be limited, suspended, or moved to a more appropriate plan.
Security Cooperation
Customers must respond to abuse reports, remove malicious files, patch vulnerable software, and cooperate with investigations. Failure to resolve confirmed abuse may result in suspension or termination.
Refund Policy
Eligible hosting services may be considered for refund within 30 days of the initial purchase when the request is reasonable and the service has not violated policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed case by case.
Common Non-Refundable Items
Dedicated servers, custom orders, custom configurations, migration services, setup fees, add-ons already delivered, domain-related purchases, and services terminated for abuse may be non-refundable.
Cancellations
Customers are responsible for canceling services before renewal if they do not wish to continue. Canceling a service may remove access at the end of the billing cycle or earlier depending on the selected cancellation option.
Service Level Agreement
Shuttle Hosting aims for reliable hosting infrastructure and clear communication during incidents. A target of 99.9% network uptime may apply to eligible services unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance, emergency security work, upstream provider issues, DDoS mitigation, customer-caused outages, software failures, and force majeure events may be excluded from uptime calculations.
Service Credits
When service credits are offered, they are typically applied as account credit and not cash refunds. Customers may need to submit a ticket within a reasonable time after an outage to request review.
